Third Coast Improv Fest (TCIF) is Nashville's annual improv festival, produced by Third Coast Comedy Club at its home venue in Marathon Village. The 2025 edition was the festival's 9th year and drew 50 troupes with more than 200 improvisers performing across four days in early November. Programming balances visiting acts from Chicago, New York, and other comedy hubs with Nashville's own improv community.
The 2025 Friday-night headliner was 2 Square featuring John Lutz (30 Rock, SNL, Late Night with Seth Meyers) and Peter Grosz (Veep, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me), with a separate Saturday headliner. The festival is strictly improv-focused and does not program stand-up or sketch.
