Overview
Shiiink! is an annual theatrical improvisation festival held in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland, organized by La Compagnie du Cachot in co-production with the Theatre de l'Echandole. Now in its 17th edition, the festival takes place inside the historic Chateau d'Yverdon and brings together improv performers from across the French-speaking world for four days of shows, workshops, and community events.
The festival features a mix of theatrical, musical, and family-friendly formats. Its signature recurring show, SOFA uber VIP - a talk-show format where local personalities are invited onstage - anchors the opening night, followed by evening double-bills, a free kids' show, and an after-party. Workshops are also offered across four half-days with different trainers and themes. The 2026 edition coincides in part with La Nuit des Musees, a regional cultural event.
