Overview
ImproFest bills itself as the largest improv festival in Poland. It is held in November in Kraków. It was started by Grupa AD HOC, a Kraków ensemble formed in 2008. The festival brings together improv theaters from across Poland with invited guests from abroad.
The 2026 edition opens on November 10 with a Mała Scena (small stage) night at Klub Żaczek, then runs four evenings on the main stage at Klub Studio. Shows range from long-form narrative pieces and a Star Wars-style space epic to improvised songs from Szymon Jachimek and a 15th-anniversary show from Teatr Improkracja. A late-night stage hosts two showcase evenings, "Eksperymenty" and "Debiuty". Most shows are in Polish; Baby Wants Candy performs in English, and the late-night showcases accept Polish and English sets.

Workshops
International workshops in English run November 10-15, taught by Baby Wants Candy members Ashley Ward, Allen Lucas, Raquel Palmas, Daniel Tepper, and Ross Bryant, at 399 zł each. Polish-language workshops are also offered. Registration opened September 10, 2026.
